HOW TO ENJOY YOUR MAJIC

To get the most out of your Majic, pop it in the fridge as soon as it arrives and keep it sealed for maximum freshness. If you remove it from the tub, be sure to store it in an airtight container. Fancy it warm? Microwave it in a microwavable bowl for 30 seconds on low — or in the tub for just 5–10 seconds (but go easy, the tubs can melt at high temps!). You can also freeze Majic for up to 6 months — just defrost overnight in the fridge or at room temp until fully thawed.

HOW LONG WILL MY PRODUCTS LAST?

Majic Protein Cookies should be consumed within 7 days of receiving (best within 5). Keep refrigerated in their packaging or in an airtight container. 

If you want to save the Majic for a little longer, you can freeze all our products for up to 6 months.

All of the use by and storage information can be found on the insert inside your Majic Box. 

WHEN DO YOU RESTOCK THE WEBSITE?

Typically we will restock most products on the website every Wednesday and Sunday at 7pm - unless specified otherwise on our social media or site.

HOW CAN I SEE PRODUCT MACROS?

Scan the QR code inside your Majic Box which will take you to our Macros, Ingredients and Allergens page, or simply visit this page from our website to view all our products and their nutritional information. All of our products are trackable in MyFitnessPal - just type in Majic Protein!

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Our delivery days are typically Thursday - Sunday. We ship UK wide including the channel islands via Royal Mail tracked 24. We quote 3-5 working days from order placement to receiving your order (however, it is usually much quicker than this). Bank holiday and public holidays may affect delivery times. Please keep an eye out for any emails and delivery updates on our social media pages. Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for lost or undelivered parcels once they have left our facility, however please do get in touch with us if you have a delivery issue and we can try and resolve it. We encourage all customers to check tracking via the Royal Mail app or website to ensure they are in or have suitable safe places to receive their Majic.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We do not accept returns on any of our products as all of our products are made fresh by hand to order. If you have any issues with your order, please get in touch via the contact us section on our website or drop us a message on Instagram and we will be happy to help.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

To refund your order, you must inform us of your cancellation request within 24 hours of your order *

Any Cancellation before 24 hours will incur a preparation fee of £4.99.

Orders Cancelled after 24hours can not be refunded.

*Cancellations of orders due to site error (i.e. double orders) will not incur a fee.

CAN I SWAP A FLAVOUR?

Sadly not, our boxes are fixed to allow for a smooth production and packing process. However, if you leave an order note we may be able to accommodate a swap if we have spare stock - we will always try our best to give you your favourite Majic!

MY PRODUCTS ARE DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?

We do our very best to ensure every Majic box is quality checked and packaged carefully by hand. We hold no responsibility for orders that arrive damaged in any way during transit. To resolve this issue as quickly as possible, please reach out to the courier directly (Royal Mail). If you still need further assistance, use the Contact Us page to get in touch.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGETARIAN OR HALAL?

Yes all of our products are vegetarian and use halal ingredients.

DO YOU CATER FOR ALLERGIES?

We do not cater for allergies on our menu however some products are Gluten Free (may contain traces). Please check the product pages and nutritional info for allergen info before ordering.

We are in the process of perfecting a more inclusive range of products so everyone can taste the Majic.

MJC CLOTHING SHIPPING POLICY

Pre sale items will be shipped once the pre sale window closes. Harmony Collection pre sale window ends 13th November. You can expect all completed pre sale orders to arrive between the 14th and 20th of November.

All MJC clothing is shipped separately to Majic Protein orders. If you wish to combine items from both the MJC collections and the Majic Protein menu in your order, please note these will be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

MJC CLOTHING AFTERCARE

To prevent your MJC garment from shrinking or fading, please wash inside out with similar colours. Cold wash or wash at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees and do not tumble dry, or dry with high heat. Handwash is recommended. Do not iron directly over the printed parts of the garment. Refer to the hang tag on each garment for aftercare instructions.
